Had a Japanese maple that wasn't leafing out, as well as some evergreens that were dropping needles. Craig looked carefully at what was going on with each and explained what needed to be done to correct the issues. Showed me how the issues started and the plan to get my plants healthy again. If issues come up in the future will definitely be first and only company to call.

Outstanding service! Professional, knowledgeable, and always putting the needs of the customer first. We had a huge oak near our house that died this spring and if it would have fell it would have taken out our house and probably killed us. Craig quickly came out to out property, assessed the situation and provided a quick estimate. His crew came out ahead of schedule due to the destruction the tree might have caused and, safely, took the tree down. When the main trunk was examined it was found to be hollow and could have fallen at any time. Their quick work and concern saved us from a huge problem if not death.

Craig's Tree Service really impressed us! Craig spent time to carefully understand our needs and help us formulate a plan. Kenny, Dan ("Bubba"), Garrett, and Jeremiah did spectacular work taking down trees, grinding stumps and roots, and removing limbs. They were all professional, friendly, flexible, and paid attention to every detail. Clean-up was amazing. After all the trucks, machinery, and tools they used, when they were done, it looked like nothing had even happened except that the trees, stumps, and limbs had vanished. The yard and even the porch were spotless. After they left, two of our neighbors mentioned that they had watched the process and thought Craig's had really done an excellent job! Called Craig up and he came over the same day. He was able to get a crew out the next day and they took care of removing our tree as well as the stump. The area was left neat and cleaned up. We were very pleased. Actually given the company a 5+ rating!!

Craig and his team have been to our property several times over the years. Our place is heavily wooded, so it isn't uncommon for us to have issues with trees that need to come down, or come down with a little help from Mother Nature. Last week's storm brought big winds that dropped a large tree on our fence, and twisted another in the middle of the trunk so that it was standing rather dangerously. Craigs Tree Service recently did a tree trimming for me and everything was impressive. They were in contact with me up to the work date and talked me through the intended process. The crew was equally impressive doing everything in a clean, safe and considerate manner. Bery Impressive!

There were 5 men doing just what I asked for, cut the dead stuff out and trimming what needed to be done. There was 2 up in lifts making quite the mess but 3 hard working men on the ground keeping up, about 3pm all done and very clean job well done. My wife said the trees look so nice.
