We had two storm damaged trees, one dead tree, and one tree with large dead branches. The compromised trees posed a safety concern so we reached out to Craig.
Craig analyzed our situation, provided a quote (which we accepted), and assigned his team to perform the job. (Since we have used Craig's services before, we were confident the work would be done to our satisfaction.)

As before, Craig and his team displayed a high degree of proficiency, efficiency, and professionalism. We were very impressed with their work from beginning to end (including cleanup).

Craig and his staff came out to take down a very tall, forked ash tree and grind 4 stumps. The guys were all very professional, friendly, efficient, and competent. We were really pleased with Craig's work a few years ago, so we had him back to trim our large Magnolia tree. I asked him to raise the canopy so the grass would grow in the yard and also to trim around all sides (give it a haircut) so the birds wouldn't leave their mark on our parked cars. Great work! Tree is thinned out and looks great with wonderful shape. Quick work!

We had some concerns about small holes appearing in our trees and weren’t sure what was causing them.
Craig’s Tree Service came out, and Craig’s extensive knowledge and professionalism immediately put us at ease.
He quickly identified the culprit as a bird called the yellow-bellied sapsucker and provided us with helpful advice on how to deter them from making too many holes in our trees.

Highly recommend Craig’s Tree Service. They were professional and responsive from the start, quickly coming out to look at our tree and give us a quote to cut down. We drug our feet following back up but when we did, they quickly returned our call and were able to come out in just a couple of days. They arrived on time, walked us through what they would do, quickly got to work and were done in no time and we had a very large and high tree which took a lot of cable work. Craig's Tree Service LLC did an excellent job on our property. They removed trees that had come down in high winds, trees that are dangerous to our house, removed the debris leaving the property very neat. They even have tried to save a valuable tree that had been cut in half by a falling dead tree (from high winds). They are very knowledgeable about everything outdoors! We loved the seemless process of getting an electronic bid so quickly. When our services were preformed, the staff was great! Very friendly and they left zero mess. We decided to keep the wood for our wood stove. They cut to it to a specific length and stacked it all up very neatly. I will definitely be using them again!!

Craig's Tree Service puts in the extra effort. Our large oak was dying and had a large bee hive about 30 feet up in the trunk. Craig contacted a bee keeper to come out. His crew was very careful when they got to that part of the trunk to cut above and below the hive and then lower that section slowly to not disrupt the bees. The bee keeper was able to load that section on a trailer, haul it away, and re-home the colony. Price was reasonable, work was professional and clean up was very thorough.

Shout out to Craig’s Tree Service! They did a phenomenal job safely dropping some large trees for us, as well as trimming some others. And although they didn’t have to, they pushed everything together and out of our way. Would recommend them every time! They were very professional and skilled.

The crew was early, which I appreciated, they were professional and appeared to be very experienced. I had a fairly large pin oak tree for them to take down. They strategically maneuvered around the tree, taking it down piece by piece. I believed they had it down by noon, even after taking lunch. They ground down the stump and continue to fill in the hole and clean up after. They made sure I was satisfied with the job before they started packing up to leave. We had Craig come out for an estimate to fell an oak tree that others in the business said should be taken down. He carefully examined the tree and said it was not diseased but, in fact, healing and did not need to be dropped.

Work was scheduled for October, and he arrived on time and completed the work with excellence and professionalism. Afterwards, we had additional questions and those were answered promptly with great explanation.

First I don’t write reviews on anything, that said. I have never met a more knowledgeable and professional outfit since I retired from the military. These guys know there trees. Best tree service BY FAR! We lost a tree to Elm disease. I was afraid it would be difficult to remove due to the location, near the house, the pool and the privacy fence. They do a good job and have fair prices.

We had Craig’s Tree Service at our house to remove a large tree that was mostly dead, it was too close to the house for comfort. Crew arrived on time and was very respectful of our yard and our neighbors yard, cleaning up any tree debris and leaves. The crew even took time to knock on our door so we could save 3 baby squirrels that had been inside the tree. 10/10 would recommend their service to friends and family.

Had the guys out again to trim a few & take down a large tree - absolutely perfect, quick service as expected!

I started using Craig's Tree Service because no one else would call me back & I’m super glad I did! I won’t use anyone else now. I have been extremely impressed with Craig’s knowledge and his crew’s quality work. Craig is also helping try to save 3 ash trees that are very important to us - another service I finally talked to completely wrote them off without even looking at them. It’s my opinion you certainly won’t be sorry giving Craig a call!

Craig and all of his team have been so great to work with. A tree fell through my house and he got his team out there same day and provided great customer service and assistance dealing with my insurance company. Craig and his team really care for what they do and their customers. This is who you call when you want dependable service and great quality!

Craig’s a stand up man that follows thru with his word. He is always willing to go above and beyond to make his customers are happy! From consults to the boots on the ground, very thorough and helps to be sure all can understand.

The crew did an excellent job after a storm blew down part of my tree. Craig set up an appointment the next day to come give me an estimate. The very next business day he had a 5 man crew first thing in the morning to clean up the damage and take down the rest of the tree. In less than an hour the tree was gone, the stump ground down, and everything was raked and swept. It was amazing. They were all very professional!!

Excellent service. These 6 men are all very professional, courteous, and work hard! They got an unbelievable amount of work done in 1 day! I am extremely impressed. Craig's quote was twice as high as my last tree service, however; he did 6x the amount of work! That's a real bargain! I lost a tree in the last storm and fortunately had two different friends recommend Craig’s Tree Service to me. Both had only high praise for his team. I gladly can add my name to this list. Craig came personally and inspected the damage to the tree. We agreed the tree was damaged and needed to come down. Since there was a tree limb lying in my yard with part of it leaning over my fence, he scheduled me for two days later. I was informed via email of arrival times plus notified and provided names of all workers who would be present. His crew was very efficient and cleaned up so there was no residue remaining on my lawn. I asked if they would level the tree stump close to the ground so it could be the base for a birdbath. They even relocated the birdbath for me. I highly recommend Craig’s Tree Service. The five men had my tree down and yard cleared in a short period of time. They definitely know their trade.
