Craigs cut and pruned trees for us and did a great job and after they finished left the yard looking much better than I had anticipated!

Craig showed up on the morning to do some tree trimming in my yard. He and his work crew were knowledgeable and courteous. After checking with me and making sure his crew understood what was agreed to trim, Craig left and his crew began their job. They worked steadily, occasionally gave me some added suggestions and listened to some suggestions of my own. At the end of the day they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, added a couple more cuts and did a good job cleaning up the cut branches.
Because Craig’s Tree Service was so busy, it took several weeks after quoting to begin the job, but I was told this when I first talked to Craig and he was very honest in what to expect. This is the second year I have used Craig’s Tree Service and would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Over the years and across multiple locations I've hired 'tree trimmers." With Craig, I changed to hiring an arborist. He's taken down multiple hazardous trees, trimmed up pin oaks, shaped and protected our large ash tree for years, you name it. Easy to deal with, always on time and with a thoughtful and loyal crew. We highly recommend Craig's Tree Service LLC, if you have need any tree trimming and/or tree removal. We called Craig's Tree Service and the owner, Craig, called us back the same day and he came to meet with us within a couple of days. He gave us a fair quote for the trimming of two large trees and the removal of a third tree. We expressed our concern that we needed the work done as soon as possible, due to an issue with our insurance company. Craig fit us into their schedule within a couple of weeks, when the work was expected to be done in early 2026. On the day of the tree service, the Craig's Tree Service arrived at our home as scheduled. They were fully prepared with multiple trucks, workers and the required equipment. They spoke to us about the work expected before beginning any trimming. They also had us inspect the work to see if we were happy with the work, before finalizing the job. The crew also cleaned up our entire property after the job was completed. The crew was friendly and respectful of our property and the surrounding properties. We could not be happier with the professional tree service that we received from Craig's Tree Service, and we highly recommend them for anyone needing a fair tree trimming estimate and professional job. If you look you will see this is not my first review and I have used Craig's Tree Service numerous times. My insurance carrier informed me that I had to remove overhanging limbs from our roof. Craig evaluated the situation and had his crew do it in a manor that would maintain the health of the trees and not create a bigger problem. Well done gentlemen.

Very pleased with the overall high level of customer service, quality of workmanship and attention to detail provided by Craig's Tree Service. Especially, with what I would term the "surgical or targeted" removal of several large tree limbs that extended out over my enhanced landscaped backyard. In addition, the careful and very successful removal of a fairly tall (estimated over 40+ feet) and large dead tree leaning in the direction of my house that was located in a challenging area to access and cut down. When finished, all the trimmings, limbs and related debris were cleaned-up and my yard was left in perfect condition after the completion of the work.

From my experience, definitely a great group of hard-working, knowledgeable and very professional team of skilled tree trimmers. I could not have asked for anything better. I needed 4 trees felled and he came right out to get me quote and they worked around my construction schedule to get the work done. Their online system to submit requests, schedule work, and pay the invoice was clear and easy to use. But most of all, the guys that came to do the work were so professional, kind, and did exceptionally great work. I'm milling the lumber and they cut the logs exactly as I wanted and left them so we could easily access them. Caring for the trees on my farm is a great responsibility that I wouldn't trust just anyone with, and I will definitely have them out the next time I need help.

We were really pleased with Craig's work a few years ago, so we had him back to trim our large Magnolia tree. I asked him to raise the canopy so the grass would grow in the yard and also to trim around all sides (give it a haircut) so the birds wouldn't leave their mark on our parked cars. Great work! Tree is thinned out and looks great with wonderful shape. Quick work!

Highly recommend Craig’s Tree Service. They were professional and responsive from the start, quickly coming out to look at our tree and give us a quote to cut down. We drug our feet following back up but when we did, they quickly returned our call and were able to come out in just a couple of days. Craig's Tree Service LLC did an excellent job on our property. They removed trees that had come down in high winds, trees that are dangerous to our house, removed the debris leaving the property very neat. They even have tried to save a valuable tree that had been cut in half by a falling dead tree (from high winds). They are very knowledgeable about everything outdoors! We loved the seemless process of getting an electronic bid so quickly. When our services were preformed, the staff was great! Very friendly and they left zero mess. We decided to keep the wood for our wood stove. They cut to it to a specific length and stacked it all up very neatly. I will definitely be using them again!!

Craig's Tree Service puts in the extra effort. Our large oak was dying and had a large bee hive about 30 feet up in the trunk. Craig contacted a bee keeper to come out. His crew was very careful when they got to that part of the trunk to cut above and below the hive and then lower that section slowly to not disrupt the bees. The bee keeper was able to load that section on a trailer, haul it away, and re-home the colony. Price was reasonable, work was professional and clean up was very thorough.
